We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team at Erin's Restaurant & Catering in West Ryde. We are home style home made fItalian restaurant creating high-quality dishes and weekly specials. The successful candidate must be willing to create and work as a team and continue to meet the expectations of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing dishesWe
  • Ensure that all food meets quality and safety standards
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Supervise kitchen staff when needed
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or catering setting
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of culinary techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
