About the Role

Join a fast growing travel and lifestyle brand that's redefining the global luggage industry through beautiful, functional design. Founded in 2019, this design led company has rapidly expanded across Australia, New Zealand, the US, and the UK, with strong international demand and a growing retail presence.

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be a key player in a high impact internal tech team, working closely with the Head of Technology and stakeholders across the business. You'll lead the development of digital platforms from ERP and eCommerce to fulfilment and internal tools focusing on complex, high value projects that support global scale.

This is a rare chance to grow with a product focused, fast paced brand during an exciting phase of international expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain application across the business
  • Collaborate with the Head of Technology and business stakeholders to scope, build, and deliver technical solutions
  • Take ownership of engineering across internal platforms and customer facing systems
  • Provide technical problem solving and contribute to scalable, maintainable system architecture
  • Participate in code reviews and help maintain high development standards
  • Support and collaboration with the offshore engineering team, ensuring alignment on quality and delivery

Key Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in across JavaScript, , and NestJS, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience building scalable, production grade applications
  • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tool
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across business functions
  • Experience with AWS cloud and serverless infrastructure
  • Eagerness to learn; willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices
