We're looking for a hands-on Level 2 Support Analyst to keep our users productive and our platforms running smoothly, based in Collingwood, VIC on a Full Time basis. You'll have great customer service skills to handle day-to-day support (Levels 1–2) for our users and systems. You'll partner closely with stakeholders at all levels across the business, as well as our external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support across Windows, M365, networking, applications and hardware; act as an escalation point for more complex incidents, with support from our partner MSP when needed.
  • Administer Microsoft Cloud platform services (AAD, Intune, Exchange Online Teams, SharePoint), Active Directory/Azure AD, and endpoint security tools.
  • Administer and maintain laptops, mobiles, servers and network devices; perform software installs and upgrades.
  • Field and triage incoming requests courteously via phone/email; document, prioritise and escalate where needed; ensure all activities are logged in our ticket system; within with business SLA requirements.
  • Troubleshoot systems and applications; perform preventative maintenance; build user knowledge with training and KB articles.
  • Champion a strong cyber-security culture across the company.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years IT support experience
  • Strong M365 admin, Intune, AD/AAD/ENTRA and Windows 11 skills.
  • Proven troubleshooting across hardware, software, mobile and network issues.
  • Able to troubleshoot basic network issues and an understanding of DHCP, DNS, VPN and VLAN.
  • You'll have a 'continuous improvement' mindset and a drive to make things better, not just accept the status quo.
  • Nice to have: AI/Automation experience; ConnectWise experience; experience with business apps such as PowerApps/Quickbase/Lighthouse.
