We're seeking a mature and experienced HVAC Project Supervisor / Installer to oversee and execute HVAC installations on wide variety of plant and equipment. You'll manage teams, liaise with clients, ensure compliance, and get hands-on with system installs when requires

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation projects
  • Lead and mentor installation teams on-site
  • Read and interpret specifications and technical drawings
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Perform hands-on installation of HVAC systems across wide range of systems and applications
  • Maintain safety and compliance with industry regulations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

What We're Looking For

  • Trade qualification in HVAC or Refrigeration
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Valid driver's license and relevant certifications
  • Australian citizen
