UGL’s Fuels and Energy East business is seeking a motivated **Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor**to lead multi-disciplined crew across Fuel Terminals and refining operations across Perth.

This role offers the opportunity to impact the **delivery of maintenance and capital improvement programs,** ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality standards. If you thrive in a challenging environment and are eager to make a significant impact, this position is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide supervision for blue collar crews across Field Maintenance, Capital upgrades or one-off Maintenance projects.
- Scheduling upcoming resources and tooling requirements through close contact with Superintendent & Maintenance Planner
- Provide information to the Superintendent & Maintenance Planner on the status of works.
- Maintain and promote a safe working environment
- Serve as the team's representative in client interactions
- Track performance of maintenance key metrics and take action to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure the team is adhering to the agreed schedule, budget, quality and safety standards

**About You**
- Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Boiler Maker
- 8+ Years exposure working across Fuel Terminals, Oil & Gas, Petro-chemical or similar environments
- Sound knowledge of working under maintenance procedures and requirements
- Efficient use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems as well a general level of computer literacy
- Effective verbal and written communication capability.
