Exporting to over 70 countries worldwide, MineARC has seven offices and three manufacturing facilities globally: with Perth remaining as Head Office since the company's establishment over 25 years ago.

The Role

We are seeking a Production Administrator to join the team in Kewdale, Perth. Reporting to the Production Admin Supervisor the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day to day administration duties for the entire Production Facility
  • Set up and management of project administration
  • Overseeing the bill of material process
  • Processing production orders
  • Entering sales orders and invoicing
  • Production scheduling
  • Project purchasing as required

About you:

  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and systematic in following company procedures and processes
  • Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels within the organisation
  • Experience working with the Bill of Materials and SAP would be highly regarded
  • Experience working within a Quality Systems (ISO9001:2008)
  • Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite
