The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading day-to-day kitchen operations. This role is hands-on and will see you oversee service, assist with menu development, maintain food quality and safety standards, and ensure smooth operations across all outlets and banquets

Skills & Attributes

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready for the next step
  • Strong leadership and team training skills
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP, WHS and kitchen compliance
  • Ability to manage costs, control wastage and maintain high standards
  • Creative, motivated and able to deliver under pressure
