About the OpportunityAs Compliance Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting and facilitating compliance activities across CleanCo. Reporting to the Internal Audit & Compliance Manager, you:
- Help bridge strategic requirements with operational execution, ensuring CleanCo meets its regulatory and internal obligations.
- Manage compliance registers, monitor legislative changes, support training and reporting, and help embed best practice frameworks and systems.
- Partner with stakeholders across Legal, Risk, People & Culture, and Asset Operations, as well as external regulators like ASIC, AEMO and ASX.
This Brisbane-based permanent role offers a 36.25-hour week and the chance to work across multiple business units and sites.
About you- You bring 7+ years' experience in compliance and governance roles, ideally within AFSL or regulated environments. You're confident interpreting legislation and applying compliance frameworks in complex, multi-site organisations.
- You're skilled in stakeholder engagement, reporting, and using compliance IT systems. You're proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Your qualifications include a relevant bachelor's degree, with postgraduate or professional credentials highly regarded. Energy sector experience is a bonus.
