We are currently seeking experienced and motivated HSE professionals for upcoming opportunities with our trusted clients delivering Commercial building projects across Queensland. 

These roles will be suitable for Safety Advisors who are passionate about maintaining high standards, fostering a strong safety culture, and working on meaningful projects across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete regular on-site inspections, manage risk assessments, and auditing to ensure a safe work environment
  • Provide training and development to on-site teams
  • Complete HSE compliance and documentation
  • Report and liaise with the HSE Manager
  • Support Project and Site Management with the implementation of HSE systems and processes
  • Ensure the implementation of WHS protocols to maintain compliance
  • Promote a strong safety culture to improve HSE outcomes
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

About you:

  • Previous 3 years experience in a HSE Advisor role within the Commercial Construction industry
  • Certificate IV in WHS or higher
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge or appropriate Australian Safety Legislation, standards and codes
  • Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
