For over 35 years, Buildcorp has delivered award-winning construction and fit-out projects across Australia. Our success is built on people, purpose, and strong partnerships — and now we're looking for a motivated Quality Advisor to join our growing QLD team.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone with approximately 3 to 5 years of industry experience, with an understanding of Quality Management Systems and an appreciation for building compliance. It's ideal for individuals currently in site-based roles who is are looking to advance their career and gain exposure to a wide variety of projects across new builds, refurbishments, fit outs, and remedial works.

What you'll do

  • Support project teams in delivering quality outcomes from start to finish
  • Help manage quality processes, documentation, and reporting across projects
  • Work with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions when issues arise
  • Learn and apply quality systems and tools (including Procore) to strengthen capability across the team

What you'll bring

  • Around 3 years' experience in a Quality Advisor or site-based quality role
  • A good understanding of compliance and risk in construction projects
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field (or working towards them)
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to continuous improvement
