Facility Manager - Aged Care - Relocate to Bendigo

The Opportunity

This small sized aged care home based in Bendigo is running smoothly, maintaining excellent compliance and high occupancy (above 90%).

The home achieved a 3 year accreditation in 2023 and has strong systems in place, with dedicated admin and rostering support at site level.

You'll be supported by a long standing Care Manager and a Regional Manager with over 10 years' experience who provides regular on site mentoring and support.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Facility Manager in aged care
  • Strong understanding of accreditation, care minutes, and compliance standards
  • Either a Clinical (RN) background or extensive management experience in residential care
  • A leader who values teamwork, communication, and quality outcomes for residents
