experienced Operations Manager
to lead our daily operations and drive excellence across multiple client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day cleaning and facility operations
- Lead, coach, and support supervisors and site teams
- Manage rosters, labour planning, and resource allocation
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with WHS standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor KPIs, control budgets, and improve performance
- Collaborate with management to support business growth
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience managing cleaning or facility operations (multi-site preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Deep knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
- Ability to manage budgets and operational costs
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship skills
- Full work rights in Australia + valid driver's licence
Preferred:
Qualification in
Facility Management
or related discipline
