cleaning and facility management solutions
across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors.

We're proud of our quality standards, strong client relationships, and team-driven culture. We're now seeking an
experienced Operations Manager
to lead our daily operations and drive excellence across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day cleaning and facility operations
  • Lead, coach, and support supervisors and site teams
  • Manage rosters, labour planning, and resource allocation
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with WHS standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Monitor KPIs, control budgets, and improve performance
  • Collaborate with management to support business growth

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing cleaning or facility operations (multi-site preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Deep knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
  • Ability to manage budgets and operational costs
  • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship skills
  • Full work rights in Australia + valid driver's licence

Preferred:
Qualification in
Facility Management
or related discipline
