Have you ever wanted to become a Real Estate Agent? Are you just starting out or wanting to improve your skills?

This is your chance to become a key member within one of Brisbane's highest performing real estate agencies, focusing on Kenmore, Brookfield and the surrounding suburbs.

We are a busy, growing office and have TWO opportunities available within our team currently.

You will be extremely hands on in a fast-paced, exciting and challenging role. We are looking for a proactive individuals with superior customer service skills, highly motivated, disciplined and with a desire to succeed. Your focus will be across all aspects of the business, and through commitment and determination, we will provide you significant room for growth.

Your role will include:

* Open homes: setting up flags and signs, opening and presenting properties, meeting and greeting buyers.

* Accurate record taking, follow-up calls and data entry.

* Sales administration: listings/contracts preparation, database entry and ongoing management.

* Liaison as required with solicitors, finance brokers, building and pest inspectors and valuers.

* Preparing sales presentation kits and marketing material.

* Tele-communication with potential buyers, past clients and pipeline sellers .

To be successful in this role it is essentialthat you:

* Possess a Queensland Office of Fair Trading Real Estate Salesperson Certificate, or are willing to take the course straight away.

* Have a current drivers licence and a reliable vehicle.

* Are prepared to work on weekends.

* Have legible handwriting, spelling and grammar.

* Are highly motivated and have a career mindset, but no ego.

* Are well organised, pay attention to detail, and present meticulously.

*Living in Inner-City Brisbane, Western Suburbs or Ipswich is preferable as we work long hours; proximity to office is beneficial

Previous experience in a similar role would be a definite advantage.

Knowledge of the 4069 community and surrounds would also be highly advantageous but not essential.
