As the right hand to our Sales Manager, you'll be in the engine room of success — steering team performance, mentoring staff, and stepping up when it counts.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Backing the Sales Manager in driving daily operations and team results
  • Leading by example on the showroom floor — coaching, supporting, and motivating
  • Assisting with sales strategy, stock control, reporting, and customer experience
  • Acting up in the Sales Manager's absence — be ready to lead
