As our new Property Manager, you'll be the glue that keeps our buildings running and our tenants smiling.

Your Superpowers Will Include:

  • Handling maintenance issues without breaking a sweat (or the budget)
  • Making paperwork look effortless - leases, notices, reports, you name it
  • Communicating like a boss (with owners, tenants, and teammates)
  • Staying cool under pressure, made easier be cause we have great Air Con
  • Bringing a "let's solve it" attitude to every challenge

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has solid experience managing residential properties
  • Loves structure but can pivot fast when needed
  • Is tech-savvy and detail-obsessed (bonus if you color-coded your calendar)
  • Can build trust quickly and genuinely - because we're big on relationships
  • Knows the difference between "urgent" and "can wait till Monday"
  • Holds a current Real Estate Licence
