The Role

Your job is simple: convert warm, pre-qualified agent leads into paying clients.

Every lead already knows who we are and what we do, you just need to guide them through a consultative sales call and help them choose the right campaign package.

You'll start part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) in November–December to train, learn our systems, and build confidence. In January 2026, you'll step into a full-time role with a consistent pipeline of warm, ready-to-buy agents.


Key Responsibilities
  • Run 2–4 Zoom or phone calls daily with warm, qualified agent leads
  • Present our proven AI-powered marketing and lead generation system
  • Achieve 30 %+ close rate on qualified calls
  • Follow up with open opportunities to convert remaining pipeline
  • Keep CRM notes updated for smooth onboarding and delivery handoff

Requirements
  • 1 + year high-ticket B2B sales experience OR prior experience in the real estate industry
  • Comfortable selling over Zoom or phone to Australian/NZ clients
  • Available during business hours (AEST/NZST)
  • Self-driven, independent contractor mindset
  • Real estate or marketing experience is highly regarded but not essential

Compensation & Commission Structure
  • $120 K–$200 K + OTE (uncapped)
  • Warm inbound leads only – no cold calls

  • Commission paid per closed deal:

  • 10 % on monthly packages

  • 15 % on 3-month packages

  • 20 % on 12-month packages

  • Flexible working hours and 100 % remote

  • Training, scripts, CRM access, and full marketing support provided
