We're looking for a commercially minded Executive Personal Assistant to support our Director in a high-performing commercial real estate environment. This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, strategy, and impact.

This role is more than just administration – you'll be the Director's right hand, ensuring smooth operations, streamlining systems, driving client experience, and enabling growth.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing the Director's diary, emails, and priorities with confidence and discretion.
  • Streamlining operations and creating efficiencies that free up the Director's time.
  • Coordinating property campaigns, client communications, and key business activities.
  • Preparing reports, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Managing CRM systems (Vault), client databases, and automation tools.
  • Overseeing compliance, contracts, and documentation.
  • Supporting business development with market research, competitor analysis, and client nurturing programs.
  • Elevating the Director's professional profile across marketing channels and social media.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Manager, or Senior PA (real estate or professional services preferred).
  • A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before being asked.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A confident communicator – professional, assertive, and client-focused.
  • Strong tech skills – experienced with CRMs, digital tools, and modern productivity platforms.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on efficiency, service, and results.
  • Loyal, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive matters with discretion.
