The Role

As the key link between warehouse operations and customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of products. Working closely with the shipping team and external partners, you'll manage end-mile delivery, build strong relationships, and contribute directly to customer satisfaction. This position also offers excellent exposure to Warehouse Operations, Port Operations, and Domestic Transport-with clear opportunities for growth within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product shipments with internal teams and 3PL partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for customer queries, dispatch requests, and escalations.
  • Support inbound and outbound operations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Foster strong partnerships with customers, warehouse, and transport providers.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations.

About You

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service (warehouse, transport, or 3PL coordination advantageous).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly.
