We're looking for a creative leader who can transform our purpose into a visual system that educates, empowers, and inspires action. Someone who uses design, motion, and technology to help real people feel more in control of their skin and their confidence.
Why We Created This Role
For 16 years we've helped people feel confident in their skin. Recently, we united our brands: Skinmart, GLO Skin Body, and The Treatment Centre into the Skin Confidence Group. We have trust, clients who love us, and the data to guide them well. Now we're building the infrastructure to scale our impact.
We have a clear voice.
We have the strategy.
What we need now is someone to architect how that comes to life visually; at scale, with integrity, and with purpose.
This is the next evolution of our journey.
The Short Version
We don't need "another designer".
We need someone who can:
- Build the visual engine that tells our story at scale.
- Architect the tools that allow others to create confidently.
- Shape how we use AI responsibly as a storytelling amplifier — never as deception.
- Translate our purpose into visual stories that make people feel understood.
You'll work directly with our Co-Founder, alongside a Content Strategist who already owns voice. Your responsibility is the visual system, motion language, and AI workflows that bring our purpose to life.
The Core Challenge
Our purpose is to make skin health simple and accessible. But we can't deliver that at scale if every visual asset requires manual effort.

This role sits at the intersection of design, motion, systems, and creative technology — built for someone who thinks beyond single assets and cares deeply about human outcomes.
What You Will Actually Do
1. Architect the Visual System
- Build a scalable design system (likely in Figma) across our brands.
- Balance Skinmart's precision with GLO Skin Body's nurturing confidence and The Treatment Centre's expert clarity.
- Create templates, components, and libraries that allow our team to create on-brand content without second-guessing.
2. Operationalise Ethical, Purpose-Led AI
- Build AI workflows (Runway, Midjourney, Sora, etc.) that support education-led storytelling.
- Establish clear guardrails so our use of AI is transparent, responsible, and never misleading.
- Create tools that speed up content creation while protecting brand trust.
3. Systematise Motion & Video Storytelling
- Build motion templates that turn complex skin concepts into simple, confident narratives.
- Create video systems that adapt to client personas and stages of their skin journey.
- Lead the motion identity across brands; not for hype, but for clarity.
4. Partner on Narrative
- Work with our Content Strategist to shape how messages land visually.
- Ensure visual storytelling reinforces our purpose: confidence through clarity, education, and understanding.

Month 3: The Baseline
- Visual audit complete.
- First version of the design system live.

- Automated workflows established.
- AI-assisted templates trusted and used group-wide.
- Motion and video systems embedded.
- The team is creating confidently with your tools.
Month 12: The Impact
- Our visual identity is recognisable, consistent, and trusted.
- Clients feel guided by our visuals at every touchpoint.
- Personalised, education-first storytelling is standard; powered by your systems.
