We're hiring for a Supplier Solutions Manager to lead the management and oversight of technology suppliers across the Enterprise, working closely with key stakeholders to enhance enterprise capabilities and ensure the successful delivery of commercial and service-based outcomes.
In this role you'll support the shift from Build to Buy, support managed services delivery together with managing the sourcing strategy for our hardware, software and IT Professional Services. This role will have a strong focus on optimising Partner and Supplier performance through commercial innovation and risk management.
You'll be responsible for translating business and enterprise services requirements into clear objectives and outcomes, helping inform business, technology, to accelerate value delivery to customers.
What you'll deliver with us
- Partnering and Stakeholder Engagement
: Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with broader program and organisational goals. - Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives and supplier/partners.
- Business Requirements, Risk, and Financial Acumen
: Understand commercial risk management, financial modelling, and ROI principles ensure all key business requirements are thoroughly curated, clearly defined, and well-documented to enable effective commercial engagement. - Commercial and Negotiation Leadership
: Lead or support commercial negotiations with technology partners, ensuring optimal value, risk mitigation, and performance metrics. - Provide strategic input into contract development, renewals, and outcome-based agreements and drive strategy to reduce cost case for run and change programs to be managed with strategic partners.
- Performance and Continuous Improvement
: Design and implement detailed SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics to establish outcome-driven frameworks for evaluating partner/supplier performance. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the partner/supplier portfolio, leveraging data insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Supplier Management Excellence:
Lead the Supplier Management Centre of Excellence to ensure an uplift in the maturity of supplier management practices across Enterprise Services. - Define and implement Partner/Supplier panel engagement and delivery method processes, practices, and tools.
About You
You're a strategic force in supplier management—ready to elevate the organisation.
You bring deep, hands-on expertise across the full supplier lifecycle—from onboarding and offboarding to governance, risk, and commercial excellence. You know how to navigate complex vendor landscapes, negotiate contracts, and embed robust governance frameworks that drive performance and mitigate risk. You're a builder of capability— you champion best practices, create scalable frameworks, and empower teams to deliver value through partnerships.
You'll also bring
- Strong experience in supplier management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale technology programs or partnerships across various industries. Possess strong knowledge of contract law, procurement frameworks, and outcome-based contracting.
- Experience in sectors such as transport, logistics, and e-commerce is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse teams and leadership levels.
- Extensive knowledge of key vendors, technologies, trends in technology
- Awareness of global best practices being used in similar organisations
