Define and deliver the footwear category strategy to achieve sales, margin, and growth targe
- ts.Build on-trend, value-led assortments that excite customers and deliver strong commercial outcom
- es.Identify market "white space" and act fast to fill it with high-impact produ
- ct.Negotiate with suppliers to secure best-in-class pricing, margin, exclusivity, and agili
- ty.Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and eCommerce teams to deliver perfectly timed product drops with compelling conte
- nt.Monitor sell-through and trading metrics to make rapid, data-led decisions on rebuys, markdowns, and promotio
- ns.Execute clearance strategies to move aged stock while protecting marg

Proven experience buying in footwear within a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environ
- ment.Strong analytical skills with confidence in trading dashboards, forecasting, and performance met
