But we are much more than that. We are a leading Australian distributor of trade products to residential, commercial and infrastructure customers. We're an ASX listed company with more than 850+ branches and 9,000 employees across Australia, New Zealand and the United States and we're growing all the time. And we need an Employee Relations (ER) Specialist to support us on our journey.

A key part of the role will be reviewing, interpreting and implementing people policies, procedures and as awards, as well as industrial relations regulations and legislation at a State and Federal level (Australia and New Zealand). We work proactively with the business facilitating training with our operation leaders, as subject matter experts.

- Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant ER/IR legislation and application in policy.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex ER matters, including managing formal complaints, conducting ER investigations and preparing investigation reports.
- Experience in drafting employer submissions for employment-related claims and undertaking conciliation conferences;

This role provides the opportunity to make a positive, long-term impact within Reece Group. You will be joining a friendly, supportive and collaborative team and be provided with broad exposure to a business in which you can genuinely make an impact.
