Job Description

  • 2 x permanent positions available, working at our Mascot Campus

As the Coordinator Support in the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC), your work will see you responsible for the disruption management of all Flight and Cabin Crew's activities to maximise the schedule integrity of Qantas' mainline flying operations. Your operational experience and ability to think outside the square will set you up for success within this pressurised environment.

You'll have -

  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage and resolve multiple problems, identifying and prioritising most critical on a cost/commercial pax basis
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with internal customers
  • Ability to make commercially sound decisions in time critical situations
  • Intermediate skills and experience with Microsoft Suite inc. Outlook, Word, Excel & ARMS
  • An understanding of, and experience in CASA Regulations for Cabin and Tech Crew, and EBA interpretation.
