Our intimate 50-seater restaurant is run by a small, dedicated team of industry professionals committed to delivering the most memorable casual relaxed fine dining experience.

We are looking for a passionate Chef with an eye for detail to join the team at Bondi's Brown Sugar.

To be successful in your application, you will have:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role

The ability to work across all kitchen sections

A positive attitude and a fast, efficient work ethic

Excellent organisational and time management skills

A passion for creating quality and consistency in every plate served
