The Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven delivery experience in the Cyber Security domain to join our Cyber Uplift Program. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing multiple security initiatives and engaging directly with senior business stakeholders.

You will be responsible for driving delivery across several critical security projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with best practices in cyber governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of cyber security initiatives within the Cyber Uplift Program.

  • Oversee projects such as:

  • Secure Email Gateway implementation

  • Privileged Access Management rollout

  • RFP process for a Managed Security Service Provider

  • Engage and manage senior business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

  • Provide governance, reporting, and risk management across all assigned initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity and stakeholder confidence.
  • Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and post-implementation evaluations.

What You'll Need

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects in the Cyber Security domain.
  • Strong understanding of secure infrastructure, identity management, and vendor engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within regulated or enterprise environments is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMBOK.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
