About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Account Executive to join a growing mid-market team. This role will see you manage and grow a diverse portfolio of SME and mid-sized commercial clients across a broad range of insurance products.
You'll be hands-on with clients, delivering tailored advice and building strong relationships while also driving new business opportunities. Backed by a brokerage with national reach but strong local presence and relationships, you'll have the ability to service clients of all sizes while still working closely within your local market.
This is a client-facing role where you'll have the freedom to grow your portfolio, supported by a collaborative team and leadership group that values initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients across multiple industries
 - Deliver tailored advice, renewals, and claims support with a high level of service
 - Actively develop new business opportunities and grow your book through networking and referrals
 - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships that support retention and growth
 - Identify risk solutions and opportunities to strengthen client programs
 - Prepare and present renewal reports, quotes, and documentation
 
Skills and Experience
- Tier 1 qualified with experience in the Australian insurance market
 - Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products across SME and mid-market
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
