The Business.

Beautopia is a hair and beauty distributor selling all things Hair, Nails and Beauty through physical stores and an online presence. We market many of our own brands (such as Jeval, Fanola and Olivia Garden) as well as sell other premium brands' products.

Role.

As the Beautopia Marketing Manager , you will play a pivotal role in our Stores marketing goals, collaborating closely with the CEO and Business Managers. You will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, manage our social media presence, and enhance our business and the brands within it's visibility. Adopting a holistic marketing approach, you will support our business goals, including email and social marketing for our business and all brands within our business . Expertise in content creation and Social Media strategy will be important in driving engagement and supporting our Bricks and Mortar objectives and online goals .This will include creating and developing content across multiple channels.

This is an in office role in Lane Cove West , Sydney.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Campaign Development: Design and implement creative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, Education and training is vital in building our brands and supporting our managers.

  • Campaign Briefs: Create detailed briefs outlining objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators, linking them to the Marketing Calendar. Create campaigns around all product launches and marketing objectives to engage our community and drive brand awareness.

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and hands on execution on all social media platforms, crafting engaging content and scheduling posts to enhance our brands' awareness and interaction.

  • Content Scheduling: Maintain a proactive scheduling strategy to ensure content is planned at least seven days in advance, aligning with the marketing calendar for consistent messaging.

  • Content Creation: Generate high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and email marketing, that engages our audience.

  • Holistic Marketing Approach: Support a cohesive marketing strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, including email, SMS marketing, ambassador partnerships, and organic/paid social media.

  • Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends and generate innovative ideas to keep us at the forefront of the hair and beauty market, driving engagement and brand leadership.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyse marketing campaign results, social media engagement, using insights to refine strategies and adapt for future performance.

  • Collaboration: Create visually appealing materials that support campaign objectives.

  • Focus: on our own branded products: Jeval, Fanola, Olivia Garden

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Marketing , preferably in a product environment.

  • Experience in using Social Media

  • Experience in content creation.

  • Solid understanding of email marketing particularly klaviyo

  • Strong passion for the hair industry, with the ability to educate and inspire through marketing materials and content.

  • Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, content creation tools, and effective content strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Hair and Beauty product enthusiast.

  • Creative mindset with a knack for generating innovative ideas.

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
