Your Next Tech Adventure Starts Here We have an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy, people-focused, problem-solving IT Specialist to join our Nespresso Oceania IS/IT team, located in Rhodes. Reporting to the IS/IT Manager, you will be responsible for administrating and maintaining the IT infrastructure & Services for all sites in the Australia and New Zealand market.

As our IT Specialist, you will be the go-to IT hero and will.... 

• Provide offsite and onsite IT support for all offices and Boutiques across the ANZ region – including LAN/WAN, 4G/5G commercial devices, meeting rooms, and corporate software
• Offer technical support and guidance to users for optimal use of hardware and software 
• Support the CRC cloud telephony system (Genesys) 
• Administer mobile devices using ABM and AirWatch MDM 
• Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless transitions to business as usual
• Drive continuous service improvements and implement new processes
• Manage IT inventory, including asset registration, reallocation, and disposal 
• Oversee IT logistics and procurement of hardware/software in collaboration with the IS/IT Manager
• Maintain IT infrastructure documentation, procedures, and user guides 
• Escalate and resolve issues in collaboration with HQ, Nestlé, and external vendors
• Support IT security and compliance initiatives 
• Provide backup helpdesk support during peak periods 
• Deliver user training and promote best practices in IT usage
• Travel within the region and attend key corporate events as required

Bring your best to the role with...

• A degree in IT or Business Admin (or a combo of both) 
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role. 
• Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Networking and IT infrastructure knowledge and experience 
• Previous experience in project management 
• Bonus points for AI tool know-how (ChatGPT, Copilot) and Power Platform skills 
• ITIL knowledge and certifications like MCP, MCSA, or CCNA are highly regarded 
• A proactive mindset, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping people
