We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Administration Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and issuing loan documentation, coordinating signatures, and conducting due diligence. You'll liaise closely with our broker network and internal sales team to ensure smooth and accurate documentation processes.
Your Day-to-day Will Involve
- Processing document requests
- Confirming and processing new supplier accreditations
- Preparing broker accreditations for approval
- Reviewing documentation for processing
- Conducting online searches such as identity checks, PPSR, and ASIC
- Authorising document checklists for final approval
- Ensuring no changes have occurred to loan approval profiles in collaboration with the credit team
We're Looking For Someone With
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and online verification tools
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach
- A mindset that's eager to learn, resilient in the face of challenges, and flexible in adapting to changing priorities
To succeed in this role, you'll bring experience from banking, financial services, or broking, ideally with exposure to equipment finance. If your experience is limited, and you are about to finish or have finished studying a finance degree, we would still love to hear from you.
