We're seeking a passionate, disciplined chef/line cook with strong culinary skills and attention to detail to join our growing kitchen team.

What we're after:

  • Experience in Japanese/Korean cuisine or similar Asian cooking (preferred)
  • Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes precisely
  • Understanding of FIFO stock rotation and food safety protocols
  • Excellent hygiene standards and food handling knowledge
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Good English communication skills for clear teamwork
  • Professional attitude with respect for premium ingredients

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and cooking menu items to exact recipe specifications
  • Maintaining consistent food presentation and quality standards
  • Proper ingredient prep, labelling, dating, and storage protocols
  • Daily stock control and waste reporting
  • Comprehensive kitchen cleaning and sanitation duties
  • Following all food safety and hygiene requirements
  • Supporting the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
