We're on the lookout for a passionate Woodfired Pizza Chef to join our small, friendly team If you love making authentic woodfired pizzas and want a role where your skills are valued, this is the job for you. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh pizza dough daily, including mixing, kneading, and fermentation.
- Carry out general kitchen preparation work.
- Cook pizzas in a traditional woodfired oven with consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver smooth and efficient service.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or Cook (woodfired experience highly regarded).
- Positive attitude, reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality and clean environment.
- Positive attitude, training and support provided for the right candidate.
