Residential Services Manager

We have a number of exciting opportunities available for experienced and compassionateResidential Services Manager's across Regional NSW / VIC & QLD

We're seeking experienced Residential Service Managers ready for a tree change and inspired to make a lasting impact in regional and remote aged care communities. This is a chance to bring leadership, compassion, and innovation to areas where your contribution truly matters.

The role offers rich variety and meaningful challenge, combining hands-on involvement in frontline care with strategic oversight. You'll play a key role in shaping aged care services in communities that often face unique barriers and where strong leadership can make all the difference

  • Permeant positions across Regional NSW, VIC & QLD
  • Full-time opportunities in medium / large sized facilities
  • Salary up to $160,000
  • Access to not-for-profit salary packaging benefits up to $15,900
  • Access to rural lap up to $16,500 for relocation

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Residential Service Manager or equivalent leadership role
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team development

  • NDIS Clearance of willingness to obtain

  • Ongoing professional development and training
