About the Role:

The Residential Life Supervisor (RLS) is responsible for facilitating the creation and coordination of a multi-dimensional and culturally diverse community under the guidance of the Property Manager - Operations, with a particular emphasis on resident wellbeing and ensuring the delivery of the Residential Life and Wellbeing Program. The RLS plays a key role as part of a broader Management team in promoting and advocating for residential wellbeing at the forefront of our business operations. More specifically you will:

  • Provide leadership and support in the management and development of the Residential Life and Wellbeing Program
  • Provide exceptional service to all residents, staff, university departments, visitors, suppliers, contractors and associated organisations
  • Establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholders
  • Recruit, train and be responsible for the Residential Advisor teams

About You:You are hands-on, energetic, and passionate about supporting students to thrive both academically and personally. With strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people, you'll enjoy building a welcoming, supportive, and engaging environment for our residents. 

You will also have:

  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Previous experience in the hospitality/student services industry
  • Strong ability to stay organised, creative, and adaptable in balancing pastoral care with events and operations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the many complexities to university life and operational aspects of residential living
