About the Position
Reporting to the People, Culture and Capability Manager, this role is a valued partner in the business, responsible for driving and implementing initiatives that support the Service's strategic goals. As an expert in all things HR, specifically L&D and RTO management, you will have the opportunity to contribute to all aspects of the employee lifecycle and positively influence:
- Career development and succession strategies
- Success of the Service's Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- Employee engagement and workplace culture, including Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing initiatives
- Industrial relations consulting, advocacy and advice
- Organisation-wide change management initiatives
- Injury Management and best practice Return to Work coordination
Where passion meets purpose, this role provides opportunity to lead and collaborate on key projects aligned with your own experience and professional goals.
About You
- A driven HR professional, ready to make a real impact
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (or a related field)
- A minimum of five years of proven generalist HR experience
- Expertise in learning and development and industrial relations
- Whilst not essential, experience in the RTO sector is highly desirable
- Workplace injury management experience would be a bonus
To be successful in this role, you will be a natural relationship-builder who knows how to connect with people at all levels. You are proactive, organised and able to juggle competing priorities and projects, bringing a best-practice mindset to every challenge.
