Your opportunity

Join our Customer Contact Centre team and play a vital role in supporting sales-related staff across Residential Care, Retirement Living, and Anglicare at Home. You'll generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads for potential new residents and clients, and provide timely, accurate support for HR and Payroll enquiries.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to all contact channels (phone, email, web)
  • Manage enquiries from potential new residents and clients, connecting them with the right Anglicare staff
  • Convert enquiries into qualified leads, supporting the growth of Anglicare's client base
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Anglicare's services to provide accurate information
  • Accurately record client information in key systems (Particle CRM, Genesys, SharePoint, Outlook)
  • Support sales efforts through outgoing canvassing calls and lead generation

What you'll bring

You're a people-focused communicator with a passion for service and a knack for building rapport. You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and balance empathy with professionalism.

  • Experience in a customer service centre or call centre environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and database systems
  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work quickly, maintain productivity, and meet deadlines
