Your opportunity
- 6 Month Contract - Full-time - Monday to Friday (8:30am-4:30pm) - Macquarie Park Location
- As a Response Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Home Care clients and teams across NSW. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services by providing timely, empathetic, and solutions-focused responses to all enquiries.
- Working in a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will:- Coordinate quick and accurate resolution of queries and service requests- Log client information and interactions in internal systems- Liaise with care coordination and scheduling teams to support service delivery- Be the voice of the customer, escalating feedback to improve our services

What you’ll bring
- You’re a confident communicator with a strong customer service mindset and a drive to support others.
- You’ll need:
- Experience in a contact centre, customer service or similar fast-paced environment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to problem-solve, prioritise and manage time effectively- Comfort using a wide range of technology systems and platforms- Flexibility to work within team rosters and assist with extra shifts if required
- Desirable:
- Knowledge or experience in aged care or community services- A passion for supporting older people and their families
