Every day, we deliver person-centred support that empowers our clients to thrive.Your opportunityAs a Response Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Home Care clients and teams across NSW. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services by providing timely, empathetic, and solutions-focused responses to all enquiries.Location: Macquarie Park
Employment Type: Full-Time (12-month fixed-term contract)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30am - 6:30pmWorking in a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will:Coordinate quick and accurate resolution of queries and service requests
- Log client information and interactions in internal systems
- Liaise with care coordination and scheduling teams to support service delivery
- Be the voice of the customer, escalating feedback to improve our services
What you’ll bringYou’re a confident communicator with a strong customer service mindset and a drive to support others.You’ll need:Experience in a contact centre, customer service or similar fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Comfort using a wide range of technology systems and platforms
- Flexibility to work within team rosters and assist with extra shifts if required
Desirable:Knowledge or experience in aged care or community services
- A passion for supporting older people and their families
