The Senior Reporting & Insights Lead is a key member of the Network Delivery Office, ensuring effective management of Networks performance. This role provides high-quality analytics, insights, process development, planning, and governance expertise across the Networks division.
The day to day
- Gather and document reporting requirements, manage timelines, analyse business processes, and ensure outputs align with business needs.
- Develop meaningful metrics and insights to support the Networks business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions are documented, understood, and delivered.
- Perform data mining, trend and predictive analysis, and statistical evaluation to support decision-making.
- Automate reporting processes to focus on generating insights and strategic recommendations.
- Present findings and influence senior business leaders to adopt new reporting formats and analytical techniques.
- Manage Capex Steering Committee (CSC) submissions and daily Capex Management funding process.
- Champion the use of digital tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Why you are our next Senior Reporting Insights Lead
- Project Management qualifications and/or exposure in a transformational environment, preferably in Telco or utilities.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, engineering, or a comparable field.
- Experience working in a PMO.
- Extensive experience working to governance principles with knowledge of project methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to pivot and deliver under changing conditions.
- Experience in user story development, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and developing personas.
- Proven experience in presenting complex concepts in a meaningful way.
- Experience with project management systems, tools, and processes, including Clarity, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, JIRA, and the PowerPlatform.
- Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate (Flow).
