It will transform how voice-of-customer insights are delivered across the business by integrating over ten data sources—such as surveys, social media, app reviews, and contact centre feedback—into a single, actionable monthly report.**A bit about you**The ideal candidate brings extensive experience across multiple industries, with a proven track record in delivering similar strategic insights projects. They hold relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or Experience Design and excel in executive-level communication and influence.Strong technical skills in platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and voice-of-customer tools (e.g., Qualtrics) are essential, along with Q professional competency.
