Your Role:

As a Personal Injury Lawyer, you will:


• Represent clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, medical negligence, and other personal injury matters.


• Handle all aspects of case management, including client consultations, legal research, drafting, negotiations, and courtroom representation.


• Work closely with legal clerks and support staff to deliver exceptional service.


• Advocate for clients' rights, ensuring they receive fair compensation for their injuries.


• The opportunity to work on matters from CTP claims, workers compensation claims, public liability claims, TPD claims, amongst other areas.

What We're Looking For:


• A qualified lawyer with 3+ years PAE of sound understanding of relevant NSW CTP legislation (post 2017).


• Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.


• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload with strong organizational skills.


• A proactive, 'can-do' attitude and commitment to achieving justice for clients.


• Demonstrate initiative and take pride in your work.


• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
