• Hands-on Growth: This isn't your typical junior role. You'll be trusted with drafting affidavits, speaking with witnesses, preparing court documents, paralegal supervision, preparing documents for or with counsel, preparing key client engagement documents, working on transaction documents including deeds and agreements, and directly engaging with clients.

• Exposure to Leading Counsel: You'll collaborate on matters in which barristers are briefed from leading chambers across a variety of specialty areas, gaining exposure to high-calibre legal practitioners.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with:

• 2-4 years' post-admission experience in litigation (commercial and/or property/equity).

• A timely and clear approach to communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong drafting skills, especially with affidavits and court documents.

• A talent for managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments, with close attention to deadlines and expected turnaround times.

• An adaptable, proactive mindset with a hunger for growth.

• Strong attention to detail, self-discipline, and organisation skills.

Our Principal Lawyer, Nathan Weinberger, brings over 13 years of post-admission experience from some of Australia's top law firms and private companies. He has been a finalist in the Construction and Real Estate 30 Under 30 Awards while he was a Senior Associate at Colin Biggers & Paisley. Nathan has also been at the forefront of tax policy development as the Chair of the Tax Law Committee of the Law Society (Young Lawyers). With his depth of experience, Nathan is committed to mentoring the right lawyer, equipping them to achieve their fullest potential.
