About the role

This role is ideal for an experienced property lawyer interested in working from our vibrant and modern offices in either the Sydney CBD or Liverpool CBD.

Lionheart Lawyers' is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Lawyer to join our dynamic Property Law team working from either our Liverpool/ Sydney office. As a full-time Lawyer - Property, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and support to our clients in all aspects of property transactions and related matters.

What you'll be doing

  • Advising clients on a wide range of property and finance law matters, including conveyancing, leasing, property development, finance documents and land use planning
  • Drafting and reviewing complex legal documents such as contracts, leases, options and finance transaction documents
  • Negotiating terms of contracts, leases, finance documents
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations
  • Collaborating with other team members to deliver exceptional client service

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of post-admission experience in property law
  • Strong familiarity with PEXA
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and providing high-quality legal advice
  • Thorough understanding of property law, conveyancing, and related regulations
