A high profile Federal Government department is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to deliver end-to-end services and ICT solutions that are nationally consistent and deliver organisational and business benefits. The successful Senior Business Analyst will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to extend for a further 2 x 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successfulSenior Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Conducting pre-project analysis and discovery to inform strategic planning
  • Designing, leading, and facilitating workshops to capture detailed business requirements.
  • Producing high-quality, concise, and relevant documentation to support digital services.
  • Working in an Agile environment to manage backlogs and support iterative development.

The successful Senior Business Analyst will have experience in the following:

  • Demonstrated experience working with Cloud platforms using technology such as Azure and/or D365, Application development, and shared service delivery.
  • Experience in leading workshops or knowledge-share activities with stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive outcome.
  • Ability to work independently in complex situations
  • Excellent problem solving skills
