Beaumont Property Group is a family-owned corporation with a strong presence across strata, commercial, and real estate in Sydney. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.

This is a Board-level role, reporting directly to the CEO, and will play a key part in shaping the group's financial strategy, acquisitions, and governance. The CFO will also lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and innovation across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial compliance, reporting, and governance.

  • Lead annual budgets, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.

  • Manage cash flow, debt facilities, and banking relationships.

  • Provide financial modelling, due diligence, and support for acquisitions.

  • Mentor and develop the finance team to achieve a high-performance culture.

  • Drive innovation in systems and reporting for greater efficiency.

  • Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • CA/CPA qualified (essential).

  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive senior financial leadership.

  • Experience in property, real estate, or multi-entity businesses (highly desirable).

  • Proven track record in governance, acquisitions, and debt/equity management.

  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication abilities.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office and financial systems expertise.

  • Professional presentation and a collaborative approach.
