We are seeking an accomplished and hands-on
Chief Financial Officer
to provide financial leadership and stewardship at this pivotal stage of growth. Reporting to the
CEO and Board
, the
CFO
will ensure financial rigour, operational efficiency, and strategic oversight, supporting growth initiatives in a small-cap, high-growth environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead finance, administration, and risk management functions, ensuring robust controls and governance
  • Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and maintain full regulatory compliance
  • Oversee investor relations, capital raising, and engagement with analysts
  • Advise the Board and executive team on strategy, business development, and operational performance
  • Drive financial planning and analysis to support business growth and innovation
