We're seeking a client-focused individual to join our team full-time in an in-office role. Whether you're a recent graduate, a career changer, or a seasoned professional with financial services administration experience, we welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement client advice documentation and reviews
  • Handle client enquiries professionally and maintain strong relationships
  • Provide support to our advisory team
  • Liaise with superannuation funds, investment platforms, fund managers, and brokers
  • Working alongside our advisory team to implement and maintain financial plans
  • Maintain and update our IRESS Xplan client database
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality financial advice

About You

  • Experience in a client service, administration or support role in financial services (highly valued)
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with initiative and a passion for learning
  • High attention to detail and professional attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Must be able to pass a National Police Check
  • Must have permanent Australian work rights
  • Previous experience with IRESS Xplan preferred (training provided)
