For more than 40 years, Coastwide Child and Family Services (CCFS) has been a trusted not-for-profit organisation supporting children, families, and communities across NSW. Known for our strong reputation, quality programs, and people-first culture, Coastwide continues to grow through innovation, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to making a difference.
We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to guide Coastwide through its next stage of strategic growth and transformation. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead a respected community organisation and shape the future of early childhood and family services on the Central Coast and beyond.
About the Role
This part-time executive appointment (approx. 3–4 days per week) provides flexibility and balance while maintaining significant strategic impact.
Key priorities include:
- Leading and delivering the organisation's strategic plan and long-term vision.
- Driving
 sustainable business growth
 through partnerships and opportunities that complement existing services.
- Ensuring strong governance, financial sustainability, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Building an engaged, high-performing leadership team and a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Representing Coastwide with professionalism, influence, and integrity across the sector.
About You
You are an accomplished leader with experience in executive or senior management roles within the early childhood, community, or not-for-profit sectors.
You will bring:
- Proven ability to lead organisational growth and innovation.
- Strong financial, governance, and compliance expertise.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A genuine commitment to Coastwide's mission and community values.
