Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing exciting projects from inception to completion. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to define project goals and requirements
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise
  • Facilitate effective communication and foster strong relationships between all parties involved in the project
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably within the construction or civil contracting sector
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
  • Thorough knowledge of contracts administration, tendering and procurement
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
