
Client-Side Project Manager

Verve Partners Construction team are proud to be working with a leading client-side project management firm, looking to expand their team due to new projects coming online.
This organisation is locally owned, with projects from Defence, Education, Infrastructure works and Healthcare, therefore, you won't be bored, yet challenged with their diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all facets of the project including financials, programming, documentation, contract management and risk management.
- Liaise with Authorities, Consultants, Engineers and community in consultation on the project
- Management of head contractors for their delivery of works, including meeting all project expectations including WHS requirements
- Tracking and Reporting progress of the project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines
- Ensure the project is completed to a high quality prior to handover
About you
To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills & experience.
- Demonstrated experience working on a diversity of construction projects in a project management capacity
- Possess Engineering or Construction Management degree or relevant trade background
- Demonstrated capacity working in an end-end Project management role
- Excellent communication skills
