The Company
Are you ready for the move to a sunny, beautiful more laid back area in NSW? Tired of the city rat race and ready to re-locate for a long term Project Management opportunity where you can enjoy your family and invest into a local community. Well, keep reading.
Opportunity exsists for you in a surf side location within the NSW Commercial build arena. Our client has approached Randstad to help them develop further in the NSW market. They are very much a solid identity within the Sydney and regional build space winning many awards within their respective niche and for large clients including NSW public works, many fast food franchises, and many Aged care clients.
The Role
As one of their Project Managers you will be expected to take full ownership of the project supervising site activities and delegating as necessary. You will be degree qualified, and be eaither an expereienced Tier One / Two Project Engineer looking to step up, or a local Project Manager looking to work on an interesting mixed portfolio for 5 days a week. Ideally you will have direct experience working on Commercial / Retail projects over $10 million. You will also have a pleasing portfolio and over 5 years experience working for similar building head contractors in the local arena.
- Preparing programmes
- Adherence to BCA standards
- Site Inspections, establishment and testing.
- Daily and Monthly reporting
- OH&S
- Subcontractor site Inductions
- Client Care
- Managing onsite issues
- Working to deadlines, contract and project time frames.
Qualifications
- Ideally you have Construction Management degree or similar related industry degree.

- You will have a minimum of 5 year's experience working on commercial projects.

- Exceptional Communication skills
- A "can do" positive attitude and confidence.
- Good management approach.
